The location is decent, but calling it quiet is a stretch. The lock on my door was a joke, anyone could waltz in! I expected a more spacious room-so much for luxury. I almost left a good review, but the damp walls and black mold really ruined my vibe. Honestly, just not impressed!

The hotel was simple and the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable just next door to the Termini train station and roma termini which is the main station. The room was very well decorated and large by a sofa like bed and I truly enjoyed the European-style building...

I regret staying there, this is not a hotel . This is a renting agent where you will be allocated to different buildings from reception. No internet, no air conditioner. I was staying in another place with the same rate with much more than expected.
This is not hotel, this is a renting a small tiny room without any facility without safety box( broken even have it) stay in palladium hotel which is the best in termini

Hotel is really bad. I suggest to none. First of all in the photos, rooms seems bigger but they are not small. Also rooms are cold, towels are dirty, shower is the worst that I saw before and the wireless is not always available. When you say these problems to staff they say we will handle in a minute, but nobody handles. Also staff is not friendly, at the checkout we wanted to pay with different credit cards because we were 4 and we did not have cash and limit in the credit card. However, a recepsionist (rudest person in my life) rudely rejected and yelled to us. So If you want to go to a hotel that, you can freeze inside, can ruin your holiday by making you angry and stuffs like these, you should definetely go there.
Recepsionists must be more friendly and must tell the truth. Rooms must be hotter.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Basic Triple Room, primarily to explore the nearby attractions like the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome, which was just a short walk away. One highlight was the convenience of the coffee station available at all hours. it made my mornings so much easier. I found the restroom quite cramped and the shower had signs of poor cleaning.

The hotel is really well located, near to the central station in Rome (Termini). We found our room very good, spacious and confortable, with everything inside tv, ac.
They offer wi-fi in public areas, but it's really difficult to get access. They always say that it is not available right now, come back in 30 min, but it never happen. In addition, the hotel has big problems with the hot water. During my stay I had to take cold shower 2 days out of 4.

This was the second time I was staying there and the location was important to me. Staff is very nice and professional.
Certain rooms can be a bit noisy when window is open.

The whole setup can be a bit disorienting with the hotel spread across two different buildings. There was noticeable noise from other guests, and the shower was flimsy and required careful adjustment for temperature-took some time to get it just right. Some areas could benefit from a good cleaning, given a few guests reported issues with cleanliness. It feels like there are some maintenance concerns that need addressing.

Good located, close to the termini station. Reception open 24h. Free parking in front of the hotel (sat & sun).
Smell in the room was very bad (stinks like someone died there). Air conditioning worked sometimes (it lives its own life). Every day the same continental breakfast (not very tasty)

You can't argue with the fact that it's cheap, plus it's about 15 minutes walk from Roma Termini train station, which is useful.
Rome is an expensive city, so your money does not go far. When it comes to hotels, paying this little puts you in a pokey little room in a hotel which occupies just a single floor of a big office building. The rooms are utterly functional (verging on YMCA), although they do at least have ensuite, the staff are dour and the wifi is available in the breakfast area (the breakfast is - naturally - pretty ropey). If saving money is your primary objective then you could probably do worse (or better) but if there is a dream that is a Roman Holiday, then this is most definitely not it.

The location was very good. Took only 10-15 minutes from the Termini station as well as from the closest subway station.
We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast was always the same (breads). However with the offered price, overall we thought the deal was very reasonable.
